Inquiry and booking forms may collect your name, email, phone number, travel interests, group size, preferred dates, budget range and information you choose to share about the group.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond, check availability, prepare a suitable travel proposal and communicate about the specific request. Submitting a form does not confirm a booking or authorise a payment.

How it is handled

Form records are stored for operational follow-up. We do not sell inquiry information. Access is limited to the Lone Campers team and service providers required to operate the website or requested journey.

Your choice

You may ask for correction or deletion of an inquiry by writing to lonecampers@gmail.com. Travel records may need to be retained where law, safety or accounting requires it.
