CampConnect · Team retreats

Take the team
somewhere work cannot follow.

A two-night, three-day corporate retreat where challenge, nature and unhurried time turn colleagues into a team with a shared story.

05 Field chapter

Adventure beyond the desk

Move together.
Return closer.

We begin with the team: its size, energy, pressure points and the reason for stepping away. Then we shape a programme with the right balance of play, challenge and breathing room.

Obstacle courses, treasure hunts, ropes, nature walks and outdoor games create the movement. Shared meals, music and firelight create the memory.

The evening belongs to people

After the activity ends, barbecue, music and a bonfire make space for the conversation workdays rarely allow.
  • Bonfire
  • Music
  • Shared meal
  • No agenda

CampConnect

Not another offsite.
A team in motion.

The programme uses the outdoors to reveal how a team listens, adapts and acts together. Every challenge is facilitated; every pause is part of the design.

A sample 2N / 3D retreat

The work becomes play.
The play becomes trust.

We tune the physical intensity, facilitation style and evening rhythm to the team—not the other way around.

Day 01

Leave the desk behind

Arrival, camp orientation, group games and an easy bonfire evening with music and barbecue.

Day 02

Move as one team

Yoga, nature walk, team challenge or treasure hunt, ropes and adventure modules, then a slower firelit evening.

Day 03

Return with a shared story

Morning movement, reflection, breakfast and departure after one final circle together.

Considered end to end

The essentials,
already thought through.

The final proposal confirms travel, stay, meals, equipment, facilitation, local access and safety support. Team size, purpose, comfort level and mobility needs are discussed before the route is locked.

  • Road transfers for the agreed programme
  • Stay and all scheduled meals
  • Field equipment matched to activities
  • Guides, instructors and programme leadership
  • Required local permits
  • First-aid support and safety briefings
Field belief
The team does not need another presentation about trust. Sometimes it needs one honest challenge—and a fire after dark.

The next movement

Bring us the team.
We will build the retreat.

Share the dates, headcount, purpose and preferred level of challenge. We will return with one clear programme and proposal.
